Work the shampoo through roots and ends. Leave in for 3 to 10 minutes depending on the desired effect and rinse thoroughly. Work through Conditioner through the mid-length to the ends of hair concentrating on areas in most need of moisture. Leave in for 1-10 minutes, then rinse.
